Kid Kreole Kooking was established as an official business and made its official debut in February 2013, providing mobile Kajun catering for weddings, graduations, anniversaries, family gathers/reunions, corporate functions, and friendly get-togethers. However, Desmond has been providing Kajun Kooking to friends and family in small intimate settings for over a decade. His krawfish boils, fish fries, Kajun fried turkeys, and grilling have been the highlight of all events surrounding his friends and family members. Originally from Houston, TX, his Kajun influences stem from his family heritage and the years he lived in Louisiana. His style and seasonings were inspired by his exposure to the Kajun Kooking of his family from St. Martinville, LA. to Baton Rouge, LA. Desmond is truly passionate about kooking and adds a little bit of his passion to each meal for our Kajun loving enjoyment this side of da Sabine
